We had a rest in August 2024,5 meals,the sea is perfectly clean ,warm water,there are a lot of sun beds at any time , there are always places ,the condition of the sun beds is not very, very bad umbrellas can not hide from the sun,the beach bar for the 5 ultra hotel is very modest and dirty,the room lived in the ANEX building is normal not bad if to consider it as a 5-star hotel, there is no safe in the room, the cleaning was not cleaned, the towels were not changed until they turned to Natalia at the reception after that and began to clean every day and changed the towel, the lock on the balcony was broken in the room, the TV did not work after contacting Natalia for 15 minutes, everything was fixed,so thanks to Natalia, she did a great job solving all the issues quickly.We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. we were given the room keys, they said that it was not cleaned that they would be cleaned by 12, we had breakfast went to the beach by 12 returned everything was cleaned so we did not sit in the room for half a day.Beach towels are issued by cards, the issue is very inconvenient from 9 a.m., as it does not pull at the hotel 5, Wi-Fi worked for 5 both in the room and on the beach for free.In general, the hotel is not bad, well, not 5 ultra.Previously, we rested in this hotel in 2010, of course, then it was new and one building is now, of course, everything is not the same.The main ones are good food, there is no queue at the restaurant, there is always a place on the beach.The main disadvantages are umbrellas on the beach, the time for issuing towels, there is no normal bar on the beach.The hotel is solid 4.

We relax with children, there is children's animation every day, children like everything) cleaning is regular, the location of the hotel is also very convenient - a pleasant village, not noisy, silence comes at 12 o'clock at night, it's great. There are two Migros supermarkets nearby and a bus stop that provides cheap access to both Kemer and Phaselis. The territory is compact, but everything is there, the beach is excellent, clean, the sea is beautiful, what else is needed) the evening animation is decent, and the children also had birthdays - they were brought pleasant compliments from the hotel and postcards without any reminder) it's very nice)
