As a first travel experience, I do not advise, they do not ask any questions, if you are traveling for the first time and do not know anything, they will not help you. They recommend only their verified hotels, where other tourists were sent.
Depending on what answer the company gave, I will add a review:
In the early days, I asked to change the hotel or room, I was ready to pay extra, it's not about money, but about vacation dates (there is already a link to work), so I had to choose a hotel for these dates. I think the management could arrange with the tour operator and make a transfer of the amounts and change the hotel with an additional fee. But no one wanted to move. I gave you the money and that's it, walk as you want, even if you're lost. And I repeat, if you have any problems on vacation, l-tour will NOT help you, they will shift responsibility to the tour operator, and they, in turn, to the travel agency. I do not recommend this agency to anyone. Don't be ashamed to call you and tearfully ask you to delete the review, while insulting me by pointing to a "limited budget"
