I wanted to order my mom a present for March 8th, a bouquet of chocolate-covered strawberries. I'm in Russia, so I couldn't come in person. I wrote in advance, on March 5, explained the whole situation, no one answered me. On March 7, I wrote again - they told me that they were no longer accepting orders, they offered to come to the store on March 8 and choose from what would be. I explained once again that I couldn't come in person, and asked if they could send any design to the courier. The choice was out of the question. They stopped responding to me. I asked them to respond promptly so that I would not waste time and look for another option if there were no guarantees, they also did not answer me. It's not a service, it's just filth. I strongly recommend it to no one. I really hoped for this place, I wrote a lot in advance, and in the end I was left with nothing.
