Nice hotel. A large room. The location is in the backyard. The parking lot is probably guarded. Sauna and swimming pool by appointment, it didn't work out. A good restaurant, a delicious dinner, price and quality match. Decent breakfast, plenty of choice. But if you want coffee for breakfast, then this is for an additional fee, a ridiculous saving, but the impression of breakfast is no longer the same.

He lived in a two-room apartment (the best room in the hotel). Number 410. About $90 was withdrawn per day.
That's what I got for the money.
Upon entering the room, I immediately felt a strong smell of sewage. Then I figured out that most likely the hood draws air from the shower ladder, so you can only deal with this by opening the window so that the hood draws air from the street. But the hotel administration is fighting the smell in another way - they put an automatic air freshener in the room with a timer for 9 minutes😀
There is NO air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the hallway-living room. There is no opening window in the bedroom (but there is one in the hallway)🤷🏻♂️. In my opinion, not the best solution🤦🏻♂️
Apparently, they acted according to the same logic when installing the TV - only in the living room (although sockets are also provided on the wall in the bedroom).
The water barely flows, and the more consumers there are, the worse it flows. While the toilet tank is being filled or someone is using the sink, it will not be possible to take a shower in a human way. By the way, the water is heated by a storage electric boiler installed in the cabinet..... That's right - in the living room!
There is a tea set in the living room, a couple of bottles of water, you can make yourself a tea. The bathroom is not bad (if you get used to the terrible smell), a shower cabin.
I didn't use the restaurant (as well as the sauna), so I can't rate it. The staff tries to do their best, but there is a lot to strive for)))

The hotel is nice and new, and the staff is often friendly. The price also includes a buffet breakfast, a good choice. The only minus opens at 8:00 leaving for a plane to Russia, I was hungry because I had to leave at 7 a.m.

A very convenient place to spend the night when traveling by car, as it is close to the outskirts of the city and bypass roads.
In style, I would call it modern with all the necessary amenities, including parking and an elevator.
For the summer of 2022, there were options to stop for half a day (without breakfast) or a day (with breakfast).
The restaurant is delicious and cozy.
