Everything was organized at the highest level: from buying a tour and receiving documents (everything is fast, clear and without paperwork) to transfers. Meeting at the airport, comfortable air—conditioned bus, quick check-in - not a single minute of downtime or hassle. · 24/7 support. We have a small question about the tour already in place. We wrote to Olga, and she clarified and decided almost instantly, even though she was in Russia. The feeling of being taken care of even abroad is priceless! · Attention to detail. Olga asked in advance if we were celebrating something during our vacation. It turned out that the spouse had a birthday, and on her recommendation, we informed the hotel about it in advance. He was pleasantly surprised by a small but very sweet surprise from the administration — it made the day special. Bottom line: our vacation turned out to be truly luxurious, relaxing and carefree.
