I think it was possible to apologize, I worked in catering myself and I know what a fuss is, but sometimes a smile and one word "sorry" will save the whole situation, but not in this case. No one even said goodbye, she just ran off to take orders) I advise the manager to have a conversation about the service or send him to some kind of training, because this can lose people. Waiters sometimes cannot clearly tell and advise what to order. Because of the ornate names of the dishes, you have to choose what you know and you can't go wrong. And the choice is not great at all ... alas. Fortunately, draniki appeared, but there are only four types of them. I mean with various additives. Today, I was confused by pork pancakes, as a result, these are drani, sour cream and egg (glaze) with small pieces of pork or not, I cannot say, because I am allergic to eggs and I do not eat them a priori. When ordering, I did not think at all that there would be such a presentation of this dish. But in general, the only place where you can go, which offers quite a good snack, plus drinks wine, beer and stronger. There is also a small selection of desserts. A piece of cake (four types). Ice cream is not offered. The average receipt with alcohol from 30p. So, for not having the best, I recommend it.
