There are no bathrobes in the hotel, instead they offer to wrap themselves in 2 large towels. Room service can only be ordered through a Turk who will come in person, it is not possible by phone, and the guest must be wrapped in towels or in street clothes in the room at this time. I waited for the dry cleaning for three days, barely returned my things before leaving. The key to the room was constantly broken, I had to go back and forth to get a card in the elevator. Terribly tasteless coffee at breakfast and breakfasts are generally tasteless with unripe fruits and over-salted omelet. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever been to.

The hotel is very good, the service is good, everything is clean, but the location is inconvenient, there are no shops or interesting places nearby, you can't walk around on foot

The hotel is beautiful, but it is located in some kind of ghetto, near a clothing and leather factory, it is impossible to breathe, and the view from the windows leaves much to be desired. The food is both Swedish line and custom inedible. I expected the best from the Turks, while the kitchen staff comes out in huge caps as if in a high kitchen
