I give one star, and that one is solely for the consistently terrible quality at all stages. I was thinking of a beautiful surprise from a young man, but it turned out to be a complete hassle. Delivery is a separate kind of bullying: the courier was an hour and a half late. And during that hour and a half, the staff did not respond to a single text message (apparently there was no time). As a result, I had to intercept it already at the entrance on the run, because I had to leave a long time ago. There was simply no time left to enjoy the flowers. However, there was absolutely nothing to be happy about. The bouquet arrived in a deep coma: black stems, frankly rotten buds. And the packaging looked like it was first played in football, and then given to the courier. Thank you so much for the spoiled surprise and the brilliantly killed mood! I don't recommend it to anyone.

I thought that the flower business was just a "buy-sell", but these guys showed a master class on mind reading! When I lost contact at the most inopportune moment, they did not wait for my "go-ahead" for an additional payment for delivery, but simply took it and delivered it. They said, "It's more important for us to fulfill the order than to knock out extra pennies." If they had been "principled" and waited for my approval, the gift would have been too late, and the romantic evening would have turned into an explanation of "why there are no flowers" 😅 Special thanks to Ksyusha - the girl clearly does not work for a salary, but for an idea! You can't find such companies in daylight right now. I recommend it to anyone who wants to surprise, not explain! 🌹
