A good restaurant for Gomel, but there are a number of questions:
The menu does not correspond to modern Belarusian cuisine (octopus and shrimp are definitely not from Braslav or Naroch lakes)
There is a limited selection of cocktails on the menu. As the waiter replied, "We position ourselves as a wine restaurant," but if guests often ask for certain cocktails, it may be worth thinking about and introducing them to the menu or buying alcohol in the bar so that they can be prepared.
There is Louis XXIII cognac on the menu, but there is no Campari to make Negroni…
The kitchen is good, the service is excellent.

I've always loved visiting La Salute.
This time, we made an order a few weeks in advance and reported all food allergies and promised to do everything for me without lactose and gluten. Of the 4 dishes, there was only one without lactose. Bread was served with butter for me, and they did not try to replace it with something, since I did not know that it was creamy and believed that it was prepared for me taking into account allergies, I tried it with all the consequences that came out for me, grilled seafood was served with lactose dressing and it was not replaced for me either and brought, but They warned me here. And the cherry on the cake was grilled vegetables, which were brought with cheese and offered to simply remove it, when I refused, they offered to bring a compliment, but the mood was finally spoiled.
Of course, the waiter apologized for not following up… It seems to me that the management needs to explain to the staff what allergies, food intolerance are and what consequences, up to fatal outcomes, can be and that this should be taken seriously. If you promise, you need to fulfill and monitor the order, given that it was made in three weeks.
Except for the allergy moment, everything else is at a good level.

I will say it absolutely seriously - this is the best restaurant in Belarus today. The quality of food and service is 10 out of 10! Nikolai, the waiter, turned an ordinary dinner into just some kind of holiday. Everyone is delighted, our foreign guests, even the child. The forbidden fruit is just love. In general, I highly recommend this place. It's a pity that we didn't have enough cash for tips. But it's a reason to visit this place again.
The fillet is simply gorgeous, the best filet mignon that I have eaten in Belarus. The presentation of some dishes was especially impressive, I recommend it.

Stupidly the best place in the city in terms of atmosphere and service.
The food is for a strong 4, not because something does not suit you, but because the menu is designed so cunningly in calories that 3 dishes and a dessert can fit into you without any problems.
Well, as if this is normal, but the average check for two in this situation, if you walk regularly, it turns out to be unaffordable even for a well-earning Homel resident.
The place is ideal for celebrating holidays without drinking. A service cannon!

Good afternoon. We celebrated the anniversary of a friend on 9.12.23 in a separate room of the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant came in to say hello and congratulate. He casually asked if everything was okay. We replied that everything was fine. I wanted to give a little advice on the side dish to the tongue, but I didn't want to do it in front of the birthday boy. That's why I'm writing now. Mustard porridge is just ugh, it looks unappetizing, it doesn't taste, although there is a crunch. Green peas with carrots and cream would be much more interesting with the tongue. You will say- corny, yes, it is possible. But not more banal than the liver paste, which you have great. I also want to suggest that you combine liver pate with porcini mushroom jelly. Otherwise, everything is very tasty, as always.
In general, I consider this restaurant to be the best in Gomel, from the interior to the menu.

We visited the restaurant on the recommendation. The table was booked in advance. The assortment is not large. The atmosphere is great, the service, the interior was very pleasant. 28.08 we decided to have breakfast with my sister in a restaurant. We waited a long time for the waiter and when we ourselves made a request, then after 2 minutes they sent him to us.
The waiter took the order, warning that our dish would be cooked for 15 minutes. We also ordered coffee.
After almost an hour, periodically asking the waiter where the order was, we sat at the table, looking at the empty glasses and the pleasant interior of the restaurant. They left without waiting for our dishes or even coffee after 45 (!) minutes. I recommend that the staff find out the real situation in the kitchen so as not to mislead guests. I will not recommend this place.

The bathroom deserves special attention - a beautiful room, a pleasant smell, there is a hand cream. We ordered the first courses, mushroom soup and chicken with noodles. They were simply incomparable. The bread is great. The Kiev-style cutlet turned out to be author's, which upset me a little - it was cut and mushrooms were put inside, not greens. Firstly, it was not possible to understand what modern Belarusian cuisine is here (I attached a photo of the signboard from the panoramas). The waitress did not help to figure it out either, she named 2 dishes that are somehow remotely related to this inscription above the restaurant. 🧑🍳 The cuisine is more author's, if you like experiments or unusual serving, then you may like it.
I liked that there was live music.
The interior is pleasant.
It was quite expensive, it was not very tasty for me, such places are not very close to me.
If you want to just have a good meal, I would not recommend it.
But if you want to try something new and maybe enjoy live music at the same time, then you can consider.

We had dinner. The hostesses are wonderful girls, but I had to pull descriptions of dishes out of the waiter with pincers. The level that the establishment positions does not correspond to such work of the waiters ... the food itself is at the level, it is definitely delicious. Only in most hot dishes, potatoes with chanterelles are automatically added to the side dish. Unfortunately, there are no original cocktails either. But the desserts are really good, high-quality and bright combinations

We decided together with my husband to celebrate my birthday, we came from another city, for the sake of this restaurant. At first everything seemed to be fine, BUT the order was waited for 40-50 minutes. On this day, there were at least 2 companies sitting next to each other. They were congratulated, but they left me a black sheep. After a while, our order was brought, we ate SLOWLY, sat for a while, and realizing that there was nothing more to wait for, they asked for an invoice, saying that we had a card and needed a terminal. The bill was not carried quickly either. And they suddenly decided to congratulate, they condescended... they brought 2 stacks of something....🤷♀️ and they brought the bill and stupidly threw it on the table, and they didn't care that we asked the terminal to calculate us. Thank you so much for the spoiled mood, for such a terrible attitude. On a holiday, you want to feel somehow festive and a little more attention, but this is clearly not about you.

A very good restaurant. The service is at the highest level (I have not yet met this in our city), a cozy atmosphere, I really liked the live music. Well, food is a work of art! Great serve. Insanely delicious dishes. Here you can relax both body and soul.
The average hot serving time is 30 minutes. Snacks and desserts for about 15 minutes.
BUT the restaurant is so nice and cozy that time flies by unnoticed.
The prices are above average, for 3 adults and 2 children the receipt came out to 450 rubles.
The portions are small. The children were full, and we left the restaurant with a slight feeling of hunger. Still, I would like the portions to be larger.
