At first, the restaurant impressed. We liked the first dishes - the chef's favorite salad and squid in batter. Therefore, we expected that the second courses would be no less delicious. They brought us ravioli with mortadella and cod ravioli, topped with tuna tartare. In the first, the sauce consisted of cheese, there was a lot of it, it literally burned the tongue, nevertheless, the dish could be eaten. What not to say about the second one, which tasted like rotten fish, terribly salty and strongly smells of the sea. We refused this dish, but it was not removed from the receipt. When they saw the sad faces, they brought us dessert as an apology. I give two stars for the pleasant atmosphere and good first courses

We liked it, the staff- receptionists at the entrance, waiters, at the level, I love when they catch the eye of customers without raising their hands if something is needed. The kitchen is good, my wife liked the grilled squid with vegetables, we like pasta (just cool down quickly). Why 4 🌟, let's go with my wife again and like it the same way, put 5 🌟.

Well, what can I say, in Belarus it is necessary to try draniki and deruny, national dishes. On the first evening we went to an Italian restaurant, on the website of which a close-up photo of the Italian chef was bribed. We took carpaccio - not tasty meat, it turned out to be miratorg, eggplant is over-salted and the consistency is tough. We took ravioli with lamb and fried artichokes. The artichokes turned out to be pickled and they were simply fried. Very acetic. I didn't like the mushroom ravioli either. Filling: something like bechamel with mushroom flavor. The service is good. The chef was in the hall talking to the guests.

We called a passing hostel girl to us ( unfortunately, the blonde did not look at the name) They asked me to come up with something or do something with the table , as it was already clear that it would be very uncomfortable to sit like this ! To which they received an indignant response: " what do you think I should do with him ? There's a napkin there anyway." Of course, we understand everything, but this is at least not tactful, and not beautiful As a result, when we said that it would be at least not convenient to eat here , she left with a dissatisfied face and then returned and we were transplanted . But in any case, teach your staff to respond normally to requests and respond respectfully! It 's a pity that the mood was spoiled initially, as we came to have a good time and eat!

Now for the specifics. 1. As I said, the main disadvantage is the kitchen. I tried a salad not from the menu. I asked for mozzarella di buffala with tomatoes and pesto sauce . As a result, mozzarella is normal, no tomatoes, greenhouse or something, chefs do not monitor the quality of the products that are delivered to them. Pesto sauce doesn't look like what it should be at all. They brought the liquid ground in a blender, no basil texture, no parmesan, so the slurry. 2. Pasta Bolognese. The pasta itself is cooked well, as aldente should be, but the overall taste of the dressing is sour. Accordingly, since the most important thing here is the sauce, then the dish is spoiled. 3. Dessert. Normal. My wife took tuna salad and duck. She's more or less fine, 4. Pizza is clearly not a hobby, the filling is moving off the pizza. The filling is separate, the dough is separate. Many of the products on the pizza are disproportionately large, it is impossible to bite so that the filling remains on the dough. Result. The price tag is clearly too high. The quality of the cuisine, on the basic dishes, is poor. The owners clearly need to change something.
