Positive reviews about "real Italian cuisine" probably force employees to leave themselves under threat of salary deprivation - it is impossible to come up with another option) Everything is bad here. Tired interior, unfriendly waiters, disgusting kitchen. 1. Bruschettas are not sandwiches. Just cut a cheap loaf of different thicknesses into pieces (by the way, pieces of about 3 (!) centimeters), spread unevenly with a cheap ricotta analogue and plop on it somehow unsalted products - this is wrong and tasteless. And it's uncomfortable to eat. 2. Pizza (ordered Pizzaiolo) is a sloppy flatbread with an ugly and tasteless filling. It seems to me that if children in kindergarten cook pizza, they will do better than the would-be chefs of this institution. 3. Lemonade - chymose with ice, which the waiter very casually did not even pour, namely splashed into our glasses. There are no tubes or anything. Ice, smelling like a refrigerator, filled the whole glass - disgusting. I'm glad I didn't order pasta. Another abuse of the dish and my taste buds would be too much. I don't know what kind of "hereditary chef" there is, but there is clearly some kind of trouble with heredity. I strongly do not recommend this place - there is nothing Italian here at all. Warning the "answer of the organization" - you can not evaluate the kitchen for two dishes - you can! If the cook in an institution that positions itself as the "Italian Trattoria" does not know how to cook the simplest pizza and bruschetta, I do not think that he gets a great pasta. Unlikely. And I don't really want to experiment. The last straw is the work of the waiters. You can conduct master classes in the section "what a waiter should not be". Very bad. I do not recommend visiting.

They ate the pasta, but they didn't wait for the pizza, they asked me to pack it with them.
