There are an incredible number of ants in the room. There is no promised safe, the room size does not match the declared one. We were given 1 teaspoon for three people, the child had to beg for bed linen, although the reservation was for 2 + 1. We asked for room cleaning, and after cleaning we had no towels, soap, or slippers... It's original...
and yet, this hotel needs earplugs - there's a constant noise under the window until one in the morning.

Normal. True, the hair dryer burned out and the plugs were knocked out, but they were allowed to dry their heads in another available room.
