The last time we were told that they could not contact us by phone and needed to come and retake the blood. And we didn't donate blood. That is, in this clinic, they can easily lose your results or confuse you with others and not apologize, but feed you breakfast every day and shift responsibility to the administrator, then to the clinic management, then to the laboratory.
