It's a terrible place, we came to a trial class, although she said on the phone that the child was for the first time, the teacher came to the group, which, as I understand it, started in September, and after the lesson she said we won't take you, the children in the group can't do much, you're a beginner. Okay, I get it, but then why send a child there? You could say we're not recruiting new people. It is a pity for the child who was not given attention and money for this trial lesson!

When signing up for a test class, they purposefully do not specify the child's skill level, although they do specify the age, since the lesson is paid. After visiting the test site, they announce that they are recruiting only those who are already trained and able to do something. Wasted time. If the administrators had not deliberately concealed this fact during the recording, then a huge amount of time would not have been wasted.

I rarely leave reviews, but I can't help myself here. The school has an excellent rating, I do not undertake to assess the level of professionalism of the coaching staff, since we will definitely not go beyond the trial session. But there are significant problems with customer service and attitude. So, in order: 1. Just as a theater begins with a "hanger," so any studio begins with an administrator. When we arrived at the studio for the first time (we signed up for a trial session in order to assess how suitable the format is for us), we at least expect to be told and shown where to go and what to do. But we were told to take off our shoes and go up to the second floor and look for a place where we could change clothes. OK. We go up to the second floor on our own and find ourselves in some kind of trash: a bunch of people: parents and children all in a single space like a hall. There is no place, by the way, at all. If you expect that you will calmly change your child's clothes and leave things in the closet, then no. You will be looking for a place where you can simply, literally, sit on the edge of the sofa and change the child in front of everyone: moms, dads! It doesn't matter. All together. Okay, OK. 2. The receptionist downstairs warned us to change our clothes and before class, she will take us to the choreographer and warn her about the trial. Nothing like that! The door of the hall opens after the previous lesson, from where a crowd of children runs out, and the same crowd of children runs in there. If I hadn't approached the girl myself, Cora came out of the hall and said that I didn't know where to go, but we were booked for a trial, we probably would have been sitting in this hall. 3. The girl, by the way, turned out to be a choreographer. But if you expect that they will somehow introduce themselves to you and clarify details about your child: at least, whether he has studied before, whether there are any special features, then you don't even count on that. It's just a conveyor belt. And no one gives a damn about you, from the receptionist to the choreographer. 4. Then the fun started. Behind the closed doors of the hall, a scream could be heard with regularity throughout the lesson! Moreover, in the middle of the class, the door opens and one of the babies just runs out in tears. And this is a child who, apparently, is not on trial, but from a permanent staff. That is, a person who chooses to work with children (the group in which we had a trial is designed for children aged 5-6 years) allows himself to yell, and this is not a one-time action! And judging by the comments that were in the locker room, this is a common behavior in training. 5. Our child spent the whole lesson there (just over an hour). She said she didn't like it, it was painful, and in general she doesn't want to go to ballet. 6. There are no questions here. Everyone chooses what they like. Although initially we signed up because my daughter wanted it herself. 7. And finally, feedback: after the lesson, my daughter shared her impressions with me, the choreographer came up to us and said: "your whimpered the whole lesson, asked for your mother, your level is only if you start." I actually have two questions: yours???? Of course it's mine, but you had a little person in class, a person who has a name, at least abstractly - a baby.… If the child is upset and you see and understand that you cannot control the situation, in the end can you just take the child to the parent who is sitting and waiting?! 8. If you position yourself as a school for everyone, then provide at least appropriate customer service. Of course, the format is not always suitable, and there are some other subjective factors. But sorry, no one canceled the normal polite attitude! Moreover, a payment was made for the trial session. Accordingly, the service was paid for, and there are a lot of questions about its provision. 9. And finally: I understand perfectly well that when working with children (especially young ones, it is necessary to show rigor) training = discipline. But in your case, training= or, which is generally unacceptable!
