They don't really have a laboratory, they send almost all the tests to Russia. It's a long time to wait for the result. If you need urgent medical attention, then taking tests here is not an option at all. The only reason to come here is if you need some kind of rare analysis, which is not done by laboratories in Uzbekistan. Another disadvantage is that they take too long to deal with customers at the reception, which leads to long queues.

There is no access to the laboratory. I am constantly confronted with false information about the reception and the results of the tests — the information often changes or turns out to be incorrect. Unfortunately, the level of service leaves much to be desired: employees are not always aware of the situation, they cannot explain or help anything. As a result, there is a complete lack of professionalism and patient care. I do not recommend contacting the clinic for those who are looking for high-quality and reliable medical care.
