Lack of prior consultation when signing the contract. I was immediately offered to sign the documents at the reception, although this was my first time at the center and I did not communicate with a cosmetologist. This is at least unethical and unsafe. The contract seemed strange to me, because it completely removes responsibility from the clinic in case of negative consequences. 2. The rudeness of the cosmetologist. The consultation was conducted by cosmetologist Mohammed (I may be inaccurate in the name). When I tried to find out about the procedure and contraindications, he said that if we "consult in detail", we would not have time to do the procedure itself. This is absurd, because as a customer, I have the right to understand what I'm paying for and what the risks are. The tone for me was nervous, irritated, and communication caused great discomfort. 3. Useless consultation fees. As a result, thanks to my perseverance, the key contraindication turned out to be: it turns out that I was not allowed to do the procedure that day due to the recent prolonged exposure to the sun, for more than an hour. That is, if I agreed to their terms, signed the contract, and immediately went for the procedure, it could harm my skin. It turns out that I paid for the consultation only so that the specialist could identify the reason why he himself could not work. 4. I went to another clinic where the consultation is not paid separately if the procedure is performed on the same day.
