The meal we had in the heart of the Anatolian side, against one of the rarest views of Istanbul, was not only delicious, but also an experience that touched our soul. However, the real star of this evening was undoubtedly Chef Semih Bey, who took care of us. He made us very happy with the care and sincerity he showed not only as a waiter or chef, but as if he were a friend we have known for a long time. His warm approach and professional attention added to the already great performance of the venue. It is really difficult to meet such an interested team in Istanbul.
