Google only allows to rate places as one star as a minimum rate but I would rate this place as -1000000M . The worst place ever. The service is the worst. The brand store MUST NOT behave like that. They just spoils the face of the brand. Exactly this store. I especially came from another country to get the bracelet that only available for me here, in Turkey. This store was the closest for me. I went there and asked for this bracelet. The shop assistant as I remember his name is Burat or something like that told me that they didn’t have it in the store but he told that they could deliver it from one store in Istanbul to another. He accepted my order and told me that they for sure would have it. I explained him that I am a tourist and I dreadfully needed to get it coz I will be in the country only short period and he, knowing this he DIDN’T order this bracelet and DIDN’T even call me in WhatsApp just for simple notification. I had to call myself there from the SIM card from my country and pay a lot of money for this call to hear this: “Sorry, we don’t have this bracelet in our stocks in Turkey. We can’t deliver it for u”. ARE U SERIOUS???? That was so irresponsible and non-respectful. And what’s more, he offered me to pay money before getting this bracelet. I had a thought that he knew that I wouldn’t get this bracelet and it was the attempt of fraud. Guys, be careful with this store. They behave so non respectful with their clients and they do illegal things.
