The cashier of the establishment behaved rudely and rudely. With an extremely unhappy face, he took my card for payment. The operation took a long time, the failure came out. I ran to get my phone to see if everything was okay with the account balance. When I return, my card is lying on the counter for general viewing with the cvv code up. I make a comment about this and get ridicule in response, a reproach that I walked away and rudeness in derogatory tones. Please call the administrator. He says that's what he is. I ask you to give me a complaint book, I also get a refusal.
If the cashier demanded to hand over a bank card to him, he must be responsible for what happens to this card until it is returned to the owner.
I highly do not recommend this institution. Especially if the cashier is the owner of the establishment. Cafes with such a service should not exist.
P.S. I do not recommend families with children even more strongly if you do not want to poison children with tobacco smoke. It smells strong even in the non-smoking room. All clothes after visiting the cafe stink of tobacco smoke.

We were waiting for the order for 40 minutes (in the morning!!) when the cafe was loaded with 4 tables, the order was the most usual breakfast, nuggets with fries and semolina porridge.
the milk porridge was brought almost an hour later with a ton of sugar per serving, for the first time I tried a dish so sweet that it makes my teeth ache. The rest of the food is stupidly over-salted, the batter of the nuggets is salty, that even a 3-year-old child noted this, the cook clearly has problems with receptors or professionalism. The service is so-so, you need to look for a waiter right away, when you ordered porridge, the waiter generally hung up, as if for the first time he hears about this position on the menu. The final to everything is an account stained with someone's greasy hands, is it really so difficult to just wipe it before giving it away. Horror, we came for the second time, but we don't plan to return anymore

Мороженое и коктейль супер, но персонал мороженого отдела не приветливо встречают покупателей и слегка холодновато общается, а вот отдел коктейли совсем наоборот. И ещё нету кассы, обслуживающий персонал и готовить и принимает деньги😔

Гонгонгские вафли просто супер! Шоколада не жалеют, фрукты свежие. Чай очень хороший. Все вкусно! Дети в восторге! Посещали не один раз !
