I bought a subscription and for a while everything was fine. But on one of my visits, I encountered an unpleasant and even unsafe situation. I was promised that classes would be held separately: first the women, then the men, and until the women change clothes, the men are not allowed in. However, during my swim, a guy came into the pool and even got into the women's locker room. At first I asked him to come out, but he didn't hear me. Later it turned out that he had hearing problems. I have no complaints about him. Complaints to the administration. If they knew about it, why didn't they warn me in advance and escort him? The receptionist could at least come in and say, "Now I'm taking the young man to the men's locker room, he'll be there waiting for you to finish." But even that wasn't the case, he was simply sent to the pool, where he confused the locker rooms. As a result, I felt unsafe, and the administrator, instead of taking normal actions, tried to justify the situation by saying that "his time is coming soon." Although I still had 25 minutes left (10 for swimming, 15 for changing clothes).

It's a disgusting place! And the administration is supposedly offended all over the world, terrible treatment of customers, no ethics in communication. The receptionist, if you don't like working there, then why are you working there? You're the first person in this place, it's just awful!
