The caring staff is definitely here). I wanted to have a barbecue, it was very tasty. But I was a little disappointed. According to the recommendation, I took a shish kebab made from young veal. The meat is marinated well. But the frying turned out to be worse. It was dry, meaning it was overexposed. I took two types of mutton: entrecote and just the flesh. Of the three entrecotes, one was just a rubber one. The flesh is 50-50, one was chewed, the other was not. The liver in the shell just melted in my mouth. The ham was delicious too. I tried the fried eggplant salad, but in the Uzbek style, that is, not in sweet and sour sauce. I really liked it, it tastes quite interesting. Khachapuri is a fairy tale. I can't put a 5, but I can definitely put a solid 4. I wish the staff prosperity and success in their work.
