The one-star reviews exhaustively described everything as it is, and nothing seems to have changed as of 02/17/26. A cold pool, corridors and halls as cold as a crypt. At first, the heat in the sauna itself was very low, but somehow it warmed up over time, but at least I had to spray it on the stones. The font was empty, but nothing, we had a whole pool of cold water with a declared 24 degrees, which is not up to the standards of a wellness pool by two degrees. It probably wasn't even 24 degrees there...) it was real to dive, but there was no pleasure from it. In fact, in this sauna, for the money that was taken there, there was nothing at all except the steam room itself. To the person that there, like, for the admin, everything is up to the light bulb, so he also asked some unnecessary questions right away, why did they come here and so on, I'm not talking about everything else related to objections about the cold. The heated pool was said to be broken. Well, OK, take 30-40% less money if something is broken? The location of the rooms is also very strange, the pool and sauna are separated from the hall and the room with another tired billiard table by a cold corridor where there is a locker room. The cherry on the cake is one protruding nail in the planks on the sauna floor.

We have been in this sauna several times — apparently, we have strong nerves and weak faith in miracles. Each visit consistently confirmed that the place holds its mark. Unfortunately, not in a good way... waiting here is a dangerous thing. It is better to leave them at home, along with the hope of comfort, service and basic respect for the guests. The atmosphere is great for those who want to feel annoyed, perplexed, and wonder, "Is this really a paid place?" It's like the staff is undergoing separate training on how to talk in a way that makes them want to leave earlier. The service is at the level of "we are here just because we need to", the feeling of hospitality is purely decorative. The price—quality ratio is a separate art form. For that kind of money, you don't get a vacation, but an experience. And one that you then share exclusively in the warning format. We don't recommend it to anyone. But we'll definitely come back to check if it's possible to go even lower or if it's already a heated bottom (just kidding, there's no heating here, of course).
