And when choosing a mattress, it turned out that the presented mattress sample WOULD NOT BE AS RIGID AS IN the STORE, because its characteristics had changed, but the name remained the same... Guys, then why do we need a store with exhibition samples????? As a customer, I want to go in, touch, sit, or lie down to choose SOMETHING COMFORTABLE, NOT JUST ANYTHING.
