The seller was rude, just after we were surprised that delivery to Lyakhovichi was so expensive. They wanted to give up the goods altogether for such a boorish attitude, but they couldn't anymore, since an advance payment was made. She also wanted to give us the number of the person who collects the furniture (as we understood it, this is her personal acquaintance). After we asked her to tone it down, she said that we hadn't heard her speak louder yet. But after threatening the administration, the situation seemed to become calmer. I think if we hadn't talked calmly (we tried to smooth things over, which she didn't notice), there might have been a conflict. The impressions are, of course, terrible.

But I really needed to go much faster. And! Oh, a miracle! Two hours after the request, I received a call from the store and was told that a replacement had come for the defective part. Thank you very much to the staff of AMI furniture at the Factory.I called the same store before buying, they answered promptly, found information, and called back themselves.
