The store has the kindest impression. I bought a sofa, it turned out- with a small marriage. According to the rules, one part should have been replaced in a couple of days. But I really needed to go much faster. And! Oh, a miracle! Two hours after the request, I received a call from the store and was told that a replacement had come for the defective part. Thank you very much to the staff of AMI furniture at the Factory.I called the same store before buying, they answered promptly, found information, and called back themselves. We ordered a sofa on 13.04, arrived on 29.04 with numerous defects. They wrote a complaint, it was decided that a new one would be made. No feedback, everyone called and found out for themselves. The new sofa was ready on 17.05. The delivery time was postponed all the time for unknown reasons. After spending a lot of nerves, he was delivered on 05/25, although the delivery was already postponed to 26-27.05. By mistake, they accidentally gave away a box with accessories from elbow pads (they are bought separately). They called the store and said we will look well. We called back ourselves after a while, they say they can't find the driver looking for (the driver has a day off). As a result, while the store was supposedly helping to search for 5 hours, we contacted the driver ourselves, who was on shift and did not work that day and he did not even know that someone was looking for something, and he went to the warehouse and helped find it (for which I thank him very much!!!!). After they took it from the warehouse, they called the store to ask what was with our box, they told us that they were still looking for, I'll write a complaint, they said write. Thanks for the help!!! Disgusting work of the staff in the current situation!!!!!

I do not advise anyone to buy chairs from this manufacturer. Read the reviews, customers get maimed, and the manufacturer claims that it sells magnificent chairs with a load of up to 120 kg, they break even if a child sits down 25 kg.

So when buying something here, think 100 times if you are ready for another product and a headache with a lot of nerves! The plastic casting is terrible - I had to cut off the excess molded plastic myself, if this is not done, I will scratch the floor and / or it will not stand evenly. Plus, after unpacking, a stain was found. The mounting holes are not accurate. I want to draw your attention to the fact that the sofa is expensive! The only thing I liked was the pleasant material and design.
