Recently, my wife and I bought a CITI sofa - bed and a 5sy chest of drawers in this trading house.The furniture is not bad and at quite reasonable prices. Saleswomen are polite, attentive to the wishes of customers. The orders were completed on time: the chest of drawers was ready in a week, and the sofa bed in 16 days, with a standard of one month. Of course, there were some minor nuances: three bolts were missing in the fittings for the sofa bed. There were 3 curtains in which three holes were drilled in each, and there were only 6 bolts for fastening. And there were no holes in the side wall and it was not indicated on the diagram. On the Internet, videos suggest using screws for these purposes. It seemed that the instructions for the sofa bed were made up by a cleaner or storekeeper. There are no comments on the configuration of the chest of drawers. As for the delivery, the organization would do well to think about organizing the delivery of furniture to customers. The company has a pocket transport office, but the delivery time starts from 3 to 5 days. Who needs such a service?I rate the work of this organization as a B-minus.

We ordered a mattress at ami.home. We made the payment and paid for the delivery. They said a mattress would arrive within 10 days. Well ok. We wait.
I received a text message that the mattress is supposedly already in the store and you are waiting for delivery. They called back and said that the mattress would be delivered on Saturday.
That is, the mattress that we paid for in full + delivery will be in the store until Saturday (5 days). That's it, yeah.

The disadvantage is that there is no collector, they give you a number, and the uncle of the price says from the top of his head how convenient it is for him. The quality of the furniture is one at a time. They took the closet, everything was fine, they took the corner sofa, the chipboard plank was beaten off, the fittings were everywhere, in different boxes. Prices = quality, we would have made the installments more and people would have reached out. And so 4 months + 20% of the cost of the goods to be paid immediately, it is not always good.
