When purchasing a sofa, they couldn't orient me by availability, they called me some names and that's it, they promised to arrive in a week. I arrived at the store on the 17th, it turned out my order was for the 15th, as a result, no one knows anything. I ordered another one. I bought it on a loan, I had to go myself again, because they didn't notify me that the money had arrived, I ordered delivery, there were no questions when I called about delivery, thank you very politely. But the delivery itself..... They brought the sofa to a private house, and in order not to leave the sofa on the street, they asked to bring it to the gate (we are talking about 1.5 m now), they refused, we said that you two healthy men can barely carry, but in response we heard a three-story mat, and a shout above the mountains. When I called, Valeria Lashkova, the store manager, said that we were to blame ourselves because we had become personal. I will not leave this situation, I will continue to write.
