She started to raise her voice, and she didn't really understand the delivery situation. No one cares that people have working days with a set work schedule and a person may not be constantly on site. When asked to leave comments, the person began to raise his voice and get very nervous, although he was asked to speak correctly. As it turned out, the delivery manager's name was Svetlana. I do not advise you to get involved with the delivery of furniture from us – people do not want to get into the situation and listen to the request of customers.
