If they also chose the bed by its appearance, then they wanted to choose the mattress thoroughly. We asked the staff to tell us, the most they could tell us was how many comfort zones there were, but they couldn't even answer what it meant and how much it should be, what it affected. They couldn't tell me where the mattresses were, where the average stiffness was, where they were soft, where they were hard. They offered to sit down and feel for themselves. Further, when making the bed, they said the production time of the bed: 15 - 60, but perhaps earlier. As a result, counting on the early deadline, of course, we were very happy. But no one warned that the production time for the mattress is also there, that they are not available. It was about the bed that they chose some special one, the color cannot be changed, and so on. We naturally expect that if the bed does not arrive in time for the time we need, then we will easily take the mattress and sleep on it. It was only after more than a week, when we wanted to pick up the mattress, that we found out that it was also in production. . Also, the delivery dates for prepayment are indicated in a week and they are even approximate. I.e., the delivery terms are not guaranteed in any way, and they are asked to pay immediately online. No one allowed the company to use someone else's money for a certain amount of time. I also had to go to one of the stores to see what kind of mattresses are sold for 200 rubles Extra Hard, Extra Strong, etc. I looked, the price is certainly a gift, but there is no quality at all. Even those that should be rigid are crushed like foam rubber. Once again, disappointment both from the company's service and from the quality of its products.
