In May 2018, I ordered a sofa and some cabinet furniture, the production time is within a month. The upholstered furniture was made on time. On the day of delivery, they called back and said that there would be no delivery. It turned out that the sofa was defective (a large scuff during transportation). Thanks to the carrier organization, they refused to deliver the sofa in this form. And the store strongly recommended taking the furniture home for several days, and then calling an expert to file a claim with subsequent replacement. I refused. But the store staff was very insistent. I had to call the management of the parent organization. Thanks to them, they helped. Over the next two weeks, a new sofa was made and delivered.
