The building is very beautiful outside, but the service is lame, we took a room for half a day , 10,000 tenge and 3000 deposit came out , there is no normal shower inside the rooms , the bed linen was dirty with stains inside it stinks of cigarettes , the wallpaper was not glued , I personally did not like it , they demanded a refund at first they did not want but later we mentioned that we did not spend the night in it took only 2 hours from the payment after the money was already refunded
