Oh, this is my favorite place in Pattaya. Good location. There is no endless hustle and bustle like in Jomtien or in the center. A quiet European street, 10 minutes to the sea at a slow pace. Nearby, on the way to the sea, there is a good Chi cha restaurant. 7 Eleven and Big C are also on hand.

The condo is not bad. But.. There is one drawback. If you are a family man. And if you rest, then they can spy on you. And then send the photo to your half. That's what happened to me in October 2019. BE CAREFUL.
