It is not clear how to evaluate it. You can put 1 point, you can put 5. There are construction sites and packs of stray dogs around. Dogs attack people when it starts to get dark. And it's scary to walk in deserted places during the day. Therefore, only by taxi or with a gun. And so the place is normal, everything is just relative here, there are probably no ideal places in Pattaya. The cool huge and warmer pool is upstairs. Recreation areas on the roof. A very weak gym. Wifi was barely a brownie, but in principle it was even possible to work. By the way, the elephant stucco came off and fell into the pool, it seems everyone is alive. The audibility is terrible, so pray that you are lucky with your neighbors. A cool sports or walking park right behind the fence, you can run, a horizontal bar, outdoor exercise equipment, a children's playground. But in the evening, dogs are already chasing people there. On the ground floor, of course, there is a terrible smell and humidity, especially the lower pool right around the building. Walking distance to 7/11 and a bread stall with real bread.

A good condo for those who travel by car or bike. There is an underground parking, as well as parking near the entrances. The pool stretches along the entire perimeter of the cond. There are sun beds where sand is poured. There is a sauna on the second floor of the office building, there is also a swimming pool on the second floor. There is a mini cafe. Water meters are available. For those who do not recommend walking, there are a lot of stray dogs on the streets.

Very nice new condo. Apartments of different sizes, a huge two-level swimming pool, a water slide, a sufficient number of sun beds and gazebos, sand areas, a sauna, a small gym with a cardio zone, a playground, underground parking. An undoubted advantage is the large internal territory, unlike other condos with large pools, the water warms up here and there is no smell of dampness in the courtyard and corridors of the houses. The location implies the availability of transport. This is both a plus and a minus. You can't walk anywhere, especially in the evening: far from tuk-tuks, dark streets among garbage cans / bushes, a lot of dogs. Due to this, the small population, the absence of outsiders coming in just to swim.

Hello. We are currently vacationing at Laguna Beach Resort 3 Maldives. We are in Thailand for the fourth time and when we were going here, we were very worried about the booked room through the Airbnb website. Upon arrival in Pattaya and reaching the booked room, it turned out that the room is in excellent condition and is brand new: all appliances and furniture are new, everything is in working order. The kitchen unit, air conditioning and bathroom are in perfect condition! There is no dust, dirt or any insects. The distance to the beach is 10-15 minutes by measured walk. The hostess of the room, Ami, is a very nice and helpful person. As a result, for a small fee, we got a room that exceeded all our expectations. The territory of the Laguna Beach complex is very large and clean. A significant part is occupied by pools with an area of 5300m2. There is a gym, laundry room, underground Parking. There are several water meters on the territory, which greatly facilitate the purchase of water and save money. The rest was a success!We hope to come back here more than once!
