On April 23, the car was taken for disassembly and damage assessment before repair. Today is June 26th - there are no results of the disassembly and evaluation. The repair is definitely not here, because I'm afraid to imagine how long it will take if it takes more than 2 months to disassemble and assess the damage.. Always tomorrow, matinee, end of the week... Some promises, no results.

I do not recommend anyone to contact the Varnish and the Master. I applied for insurance after the accident. They did it for a long time (more than a month), although they initially announced 10 days. I called 3 days later to clarify if there was hidden damage, they said no, everything was OK, a week later they called back and said that they had disassembled and needed additional inspection, there were hidden damages, it turns out that the car just stood for 10 days. In fact, the gaps are different if you look closely. And most importantly, a month later, a piece of 3 cm kv paint broke off, a layer of something, like putty, between the paint and the metal, although the detail changed completely and it should not be there. So now all the paint can fall off. Now we have to deal with them again, although they have no desire to leave the car again. It is not known how it will all end ...

Excellent service center! There was a mistake on the additive of Iolis and its barrel. In Brest, no one could solve the problem, they said that only in the service center. I called, signed up. The day before the appointed time, they called and reminded me. Upon arrival, we discussed the problem again, offered solutions. The repair itself was delayed for several hours, but the problem was fixed!
