This service is just terrible! We signed up for a spa program for my mom, but instead of meeting her, we waited 15 minutes because the receptionist was late for work. Then the real comedy began: they couldn't find our record, although I wrote to them on Instagram in advance and received confirmation!
When the receptionist finally came, Mom was still accepted, but the massage room was disgustingly dirty — hair on the floor and dust everywhere! She waited for the masseur for 20 minutes, and in the end it turns out that the masseur just forgot about her! This is a complete trash! We had to pack up and leave. How can you ruin a day that was supposed to be a birthday present for my mom like that? This is simply unacceptable!

Receptionists delay customer records by an average of more than an hour and consider this normal without notifying the customer, brazenly lie to customers, forget to record customers who have made a reservation by phone. Не понравился сервис и организация спа. Записалась на 2сет, в который входит джакузи, спа и мытье. По массажу все ок, специалист была Оксана справилась со своей работой хорошо. После массажа и душа все закончилось. Спросила у администратора, почему не было джакузи в программе, на что мне ответили, ой а у нас по желанию, не все гости хотят, вы не сказали что хотите и мы забыли вам предложить. В итоге так и ушла. Девушки, если хотите классный спа, сходите в Даймонд)) обожаю их спа, но в этот раз решила что-то новое попробовать, пожалела. В итоге, не советую, есть и другие более интересные спа в Ташкенте.

Место хорошее, уютно, действительно можно расслабиться. Однако есть проблемы: ужасно некомпетентные администраторы. Несколько раз подряд пытались обсчитать в свою пользу + туго соображают когда клиент хочет записаться на определенное время к определенному мастеру, приходиться по пол часа объяснять и в результате всё равно ошибаться - запишут не на то время или не к тому мастеру🤦
Недавно в Лейк спа подняли цены на +50%. Я так и не понял чем обосновано такое решение, вроде ничего не поменялось, просто решили поднять цену

Очень уютное место. Делают массаж отлично. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Выдаются одноразовые принадлежности.

Пожалуй лучший Спа в Ташкенте. Сервис отличный. Очень аккуратно и красиво оформлено. Отличное место чтобы расслабиться после рабочего дня.

Салон Lake spa полное разочарование.На ресепшн могут только глупо улыбаться.Непрофессиональные администраторы салона.Стоимость не соответствует качеству.Услуги предоставляют несертифицированные массажисты (возможно и не массажисты вовсе).Записываетесь на одну процедуру,вам делают совершенно другую.Не советую этот салон.Настроение будет испорчено.
