I really liked the studio! 💖 The top masters are all good, pleasant and polite. The receptionists are always friendly, offering tea or coffee, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The place is cozy, the prices are reasonable. But! I did a Japanese manicure, I don't know the name of the master, but she can hardly be called a master. After the procedure, there were bloody sores, treated with chlorhexidine at home, after which there were "hanging" pieces of skin (I will attach a photo). In general, it's a so-so care procedure. Plus, the workplace is not very clean, I just took the pliers out of the drawer, of course they are not disinfected, taking into account that I "bit" to the point of blood… In short, you need to work on your service and with your masters!
