The place is cozy, the prices are reasonable. But! I did a Japanese manicure, I don't know the name of the master, but she can hardly be called a master. After the procedure, there were bloody sores, treated with chlorhexidine at home, after which there were "hanging" pieces of skin (I will attach a photo). In general, it's a so-so care procedure. Plus, the workplace is not very clean, I just took the pliers out of the drawer, of course they are not disinfected, taking into account that I "bit" to the point of blood…
In short, you need to work on your service and with your masters!

Unsanitary conditions!
A bag that sucks out volatile fractions when removing varnish does not work, from the word at all. Both the client and the master and all the things there are covered with white, and the master girl did not even think of wiping the table until she prompted. I had to go downstairs, clean my clothes and leave. She was on 11/19/2024 at 12.10 pm, you can check by appointment, she was sitting at the first table in the second room. I didn't ask for the master's name

A beautiful and cozy place. I liked how the manicure was done, qualitatively and beautifully. For me, an important point about the sterilization of instruments, I asked everything - here, first, the instruments are washed in a special solution, and then sterilized in a "sinkhole" (I hope I remembered correctly).

It's a great studio. I signed up for a men's manicure, everything is at the highest level. We were treated to delicious coffee, the atmosphere is pleasant.

I had a manicure with master Anna, the manicure procedure with a monochrome coating lasted for 2.5 hours, which is very difficult to call professional.
The most tactless attitude towards the client, when the master starts discussing you with his management right in front of you and accusing you that the client came with broken nails and freaking out when the work is not finished yet🤡
Questionable manicure and spoiled mood.
All this was saved only by the owners of the salon, who are very nice, lovely girls))
But with such a master to do business - drown all your efforts))
