} Today I spent almost the entire day at your salon and paid around $250 for several procedures (laser hair removal, pedicure, facial cleaning, and hair styling). First of all, I would like to note that the administrators were polite, friendly, and welcoming. I have no complaints about them. Unfortunately, the work of the specialists who performed the procedures left a very negative impression. During the laser hair removal procedure, my moles were not covered, and the protective glasses were broken and not even offered. Some areas were missed, and the procedure itself was done much faster than standard protocols require, which raises serious concerns about both quality and safety. During the facial cleaning, the cosmetologist left the room for about 15 minutes, leaving me alone with a mask on. The procedure was done with very rough movements and caused noticeable discomfort. During the hair styling, the specialist was constantly distracted by her phone and personal calls, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the atmosphere felt tense, and I had the impression that the staff performing the procedures were not genuinely attentive or respectful toward the client. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering the amount paid. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and service. I sincerely hope the management will review this feedback and take steps to improve service quality Сегодня я провела в вашем салоне практически целый день и оставила около 250 долларов за комплекс процедур (лазерная эпиляция, педикюр, чистка лица, укладка волос). Хочу сразу отметить, что к администраторам вопросов нет — девушки были вежливы, улыбчивы и старались создать приятную атмосферу. Однако работа специалистов, выполнявших процедуры, оставила крайне неприятное впечатление. Во время лазерной эпиляции не были закрыты родинки, защитные очки оказались сломанными и даже не были предложены. Также были пропущены некоторые зоны. Вся процедура заняла значительно меньше времени, чем положено по стандартам, что вызывает сомнения в качестве и безопасности оказанной услуги. Во время чистки лица косметолог выходила из кабинета примерно на 15 минут, оставив меня одну с маской. Сама процедура проводилась резкими движениями, было ощутимо больно и некомфортно. Во время укладки мастер постоянно отвлекалась на телефон и личные разговоры, что также выглядело непрофессионально. Общее впечатление — напряжённая атмосфера и ощущение, что персонал работает без заинтересованности и уважения к клиенту. Мне было действительно неприятно, так как я рассчитывала на качественный сервис и внимательное отношение, особенно учитывая стоимость процедур. Надеюсь, руководство обратит внимание на данный отзыв и примет меры для улучшения качества обслуживания.

I've been to Lakmousse twice already. I did the coloring for the first time and the result exceeded expectations. Today I tried a manicure and pedicure in four hands, and again everything is perfect, neat, clean, without haste and with attention to detail. The atmosphere in the salon is very cozy: quiet music, cleanliness, pleasant aromas, delicious coffee, and you can really relax and spend time with pleasure. The masters are professional and polite, they always ask about all the nuances and listen to the wishes. The administrators are friendly, attentive, help to determine the procedures and create a feeling of good service from the very first minutes. I am very glad that I found this salon. I strongly recommend it
