A few years ago, upon arrival in Bishkek, my friends and I visited this place and were absolutely delighted with the preparation of the dishes we ordered, as well as the service in this restaurant, and now we are back in this beautiful city and there is a great desire to visit the lamb, but unfortunately everything has somehow changed and not for the better. The service dropped from 5+ to 2-, the ordered dishes were brought in a variety of ways, as I understand it, as they were ready, as a result, someone sat without anything at all, and someone brought the first, second and salad!? Some dishes, for unknown reasons, were brought cold, and there were also questions about the quality of cooking. The waiters did not follow the rotation of the appliances at all, and as a result, the table was completely littered with dishes, which were removed only after our remark. In general, the last visit caused mixed feelings and I want to believe that the restaurant management will take measures to improve the quality of service.

Excellent and friendly service!!! Delicious borscht and caesar with shrimp!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions, they are just huge!!!🤗 The speed of serving dishes is also impressive: ~15 minutes Well, Boorsoki is just a song😋😋😋

The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is impressive. The waiters are polite and attentive, but the cuisine leaves much to be desired. The liver shish kebab was served raw with blood, after our remark, it was taken away to be cooked, then brought back, the rest of the kebabs are dry, hard. I have never eaten worse kebabs than in this restaurant in any restaurant in Bishkek. The only thing that was edible was the fish. The serving is beautiful, but the quality of the dishes is poor
