Thank you very much to all the employees of the LamereL Beauty Center salon for their good, attentive attitude to customers. After visiting Batumi on vacation, I decided to visit this salon, as I was advised by his friend, who was also there. And I didn't regret a bit. I did waxing and manicure. I really liked the skill of the girls and the wonderful, kind attitude towards the Russians. Such good-natured, attentive professionals are not always found. I was very pleased. I will definitely visit this salon upon arrival in Batumi. Girls, you are the BEST!!!

I really like this salon. It was difficult to find an Alexandrite laser in all of Batumi, but here it is. There was always a polite receptionist. Special thanks to Master Victoria! I've been to her for laser hair removal several times. Everything is always high-quality and fast. Online recording is a separate plus. The prices are average and quite affordable. Thank you 🫶

The LamereL Beauty Center team, you are just super! Highly qualified professionals! I came to your salon by accident, after an unsuccessful coloring in another salon. I was desperate and didn't know how to fix what I thought was incorrigible. I found you on the Internet. As soon as I submitted the application, the administrator contacted me immediately. She listened to my problem, calmed me down, assured me that the masters of LamereL Beauty Center would be able to help me, promptly resolved the issue with the selection of a master and after 2 hours I was already in the safe hands of a competent master. Girls, thank you so much for the moral support, for the real help and your professionalism!!! Despite the drastic change in hair color, I was very pleased with the new look! And today I'm already smiling at everyone and sending photos of my new look to friends. It is impossible to express in words how glad I am that I got to the LamereL Beauty Center! For the first time I did a manicure in Batumi, I blindly chose a salon - the one that is closer. As a result, I am very happy. Nice cozy interior, no problems with online recording. Master Tiko is amazing, she did everything very carefully, quickly, without any discomfort, as is usually the case with a new master. I highly recommend it.

Laser hair removal
The salon is literally across the street from my house. I was glad that there would be a convenient place where I could do a lot of procedures all the time. I am a very solvent customer and would use a lot of salon services on a regular basis
Having come for laser hair removal in the process, my legs began to blister from the burn, the master said it would pass in 20 minutes
At the moment, these traces have been transformed into pigment spots that will be almost impossible to remove
When I came to the salon, they just gave me vaseline in a transparent jar with a comment that it was a special cream made to order ... the money spent was naturally not returned . There were also no offers to take care of the injured skin in the cosmetologist's office
They said to smear and wait . But I understand perfectly well that the spots will remain for at least half a year - a year
I do not know if they will see this review... it seems to me that they absolutely do not care about this and the customers
I have to thank God that I didn't do their facial procedures or something even more serious. …

Terrible quality! On June 10, a week ago, I had a manicure and pedicure at this salon. We made an appointment with Anastasia's master, the master took me in half an hour later, there were no apologies about this. The tools were already lying on the table, the master did not unpack them with me, I could not make sure that they were disinfected, then the master took a buff from the next table, there were already obvious scuffs on it. I asked the master why she took the tool she had already used. In response, just silence! I asked again, she was silent, I decided maybe she was mute, I asked to call the admin. The administrator came, looked at it, agreed with me that the buff was really used, apologized and got a new one. The master went somewhere, I waited for 15 minutes, I call the admin again, apologizes and says that the master is about to come. Anastasia arrives, turns her back and stands fumbling at the next table. Apparently she was waiting for me to cancel the recording, but I canceled it, I had already allocated time, I arrived, I did not want to look again. The administration sees all this and allows its employees to behave in this way.
As a result, the admin offers to change the master, I gladly agree. A polite Georgian girl serves. Along the way, it turns out that she does not make a French jacket, then that she does not make drawings, then she does not know how to do a European manicure. Well, okay, I choose a monochrome nail polish for both pedicure and manicure, I explain how to shift the cuticle with an uncut manicure. In the end, it turned out what it turned out to be! I'm attaching a photo of what a manicure looks like in exactly a week. The varnish is peeling off, the corners of the nails have begun to break off. She never moved the cuticle, although I always do European cuticles and the cuticle is very soft and pliable. For this wonderful quality and disgustingly impolite communication of Master Anastasia, I paid 45 GEL manicure and 65 GEL pedicure.
I talked to the owner of the salon, to which she replied that Anastasia was a good specialist and that everything in the salon was sterile and of high quality. I concluded that unprofessionalism comes from above, allowing your employees to communicate impolitely with customers, use cheap materials and give novice craftsmen a pro price list, the way to nowhere. That's probably why there are always free places in the salon for recording in the near future!

Be careful. Ask for the price before the master undertakes to cut your hair...and if you are also not a local.. be prepared for the fact that you will be asked twice as much.

Great salon!!!! I grew eyelashes from Elena's master - an excellent specialist , everything is at the highest level . I visited the cosmetology room (I did lips) the master is excellent, individual approach, everything is fine, I can't get enough of my lips!!!! I liked it very much. This salon and its masters have conquered my heart, thank you so much for your work ❤❤❤❤
