Great store! I built an apartment a year ago. It was necessary to find and put laminate flooring. When I found one that both my wife and I liked, I decided to find where it was cheaper. It turned out that in this store it is not only cheaper, but also laying is free on my area. In addition, the guys laid the entire floor with a "solid carpet" without any additional payments (without cuts in the doorways). It looks great. A year has passed. My battery leaked, and part of the laminate "rose". And it turned out that when I returned to the store a year later, I was able to purchase the same laminate without any problems. Since it was necessary to shift a small area, the laying was paid. But it was worth it. They lifted the floor of the room for me, replaced the damaged boards in the middle and returned everything to its place. Now the floor is like new! I am very satisfied with the quality of the work of the stackers and the service in the store itself. Everyone is very polite and attentive. I recommend and will recommend it to my friends!

I was disappointed in this store. There is too much human factor for one order. On the recommendation of friends, we decided to order laminate flooring in this store. When choosing the laminate directly and ordering it, we were told that the installation of the laminate is free. Delivery, in turn, is paid for 15 rubles, however, we were not informed that the laminate was also lifted into the apartment for an additional fee. The order was placed by a man. In the future, all the nuances and points of delivery, packing, etc. They were talking to another female employee of the store. A week later, we received a call asking us to pick up the laminate before laying it for ourselves, in order to deliver it to us immediately without loading the store. We refused, because we simply had nowhere to put it (we ordered for the entire area of the apartment, which was undergoing major repairs) A couple of days before the installation date, they called us and informed us that they would not be able to put the laminate on the stated date, since it had not yet arrived at their store. This is completely inconsistent with the situation mentioned above. After a lengthy dialogue, they promised to call back the next day and resolve the situation in our favor, but for some reason they decided and consulted with the handlers. And there were stackers in this situation, when it comes to laminate delivery, it is not clear. I called back on my own, as there was no call the next day. The answer was: "I did my best, but I can only offer you tomorrow afternoon." No respect for the client, for the contract that was concluded and the date of installation was negotiated, nor even a banal apology for the inconvenience was provided. Plus, the next day, when the laminate was delivered, it turned out that lifting the laminate was also paid (a total of 15 rubles for delivery + 25 rubles for lifting the laminate, where they dropped 5 rubles out of 25 rubles "with a huge favor") When the stackers arrived, it turned out that they had brought everything except the substrate, for which they also did not even apologize. "Oh, I forgot," he said into the phone. During the installation process, it turned out that it was not so free. In order for the laminate to be laid beautifully, and not a solid canvas with holes, you had to pay another 90 rubles on top. I give three stars only due to the quality of the laminate and the work of the installers. Otherwise, there would be exactly one star.
