Of the minor disadvantages, firstly, the audibility is too high, you can even hear a quiet conversation on the phone from the neighbors; take earplugs for sleeping. And secondly, it would be worth hanging a curtain in the bathroom, after the shower the floor is all wet.

There are no dishes to cook in. (we ate in a Week or in a Nawat). The washing machine is mega ancient.. At night, a huge cockroach crawled out in the bathroom. The audibility is huge. One of the advantages is an awesome soft mattress. I love these. You lie down and it's like on a cloud. We won't be back anymore
