Disgusting service! Delivery has been delayed for a month, and for three weeks they have been unable to receive a response from the partner and give at least some adequate feedback on the status, they respond with scripts and implausible information. I recommend not using Lamoda's services, ruin all your nerves and plans for your own money.

I like Lamoda: it is a very user-friendly application with a large selection and high-quality products. However, I decided not to buy anything else at this store because of the disgusting service at the pick-up point. If Lamoda does not monitor its employees and allows them to treat customers rudely, I will not shop at this online store. First, you always have to wait for the reception staff to deign to leave their room, looking like they're doing you a favor. Secondly, they don't say hello, and thirdly, they say in a rude tone: "Don't mix up the packages!", although you didn't do or say anything. Where did they get so much hate from? Is Lamoda so indifferent to its customers that it puts evil and ill-mannered people in such a responsible position? Employees are the face of the company, especially those who work at the reception. It's been a long time since I've felt so unpleasant, thanks to Lamoda for the negative emotions. I recommend reading the reviews in 2GIS, and you will find many similar reviews with the same emotions that I experienced.
