I really want to thank Lydia for helping me put together a beautiful delicate bouquet for Mother's Day and choose a zamiokulkas! Super polite staff, wide range and reasonable prices. I used to dislike asking for the help of florists, but now I'm thrilled! Come, you won't regret it)

Recently, my husband decided to make a surprise and ordered a bouquet at this flower salon. Of course, I didn't even expect it! It was a pleasure to see not only the gorgeous flowers, but also the Scandinavian salmon cake, which I adore! The bouquet was simply amazing – such delicate roses and peonies, and the cake became the highlight of the evening. The bouquet stood for a long time, not a single flower wilted, and everything looked so stylish in combination with the cake! I was also pleased with the delivery – everything was on time, and the packaging was excellent. It's really nice that little things like attention to detail really make the atmosphere special. My husband was pleased, but I certainly was! Now I will definitely recommend this store to my friends, such surprises are 100% worth giving. In general, it's nice that not only me, but also my husband, thanks to this store, were able to give each other such wonderful moments!

The other day I chose a houseplant as a gift and found myself in this flower shop on the principle of going much closer, and judging by the Instragram, the choice of houseplants seemed quite good. One of the advantages is that the plants are not sick and are close to my location :) On this note, the longrid begins and the impressions of beautiful plants overlap the negative experience of interacting with the staff. When choosing a plant, I was based on the criterion that it fit into my car. Having voiced this, the female consultant said that there is no need to worry about it at all, because they have a delivery that will easily bring a flower of any size to the agreed place and time. Because of these new introductions, I began to consider fairly large plants, relying on hassle-free delivery and taking the worries of transportation off my shoulders. In total, a check was formed close to 400 BYN, which was immediately paid, the girls recorded information about the delivery address and time, and with a calm soul and anticipation of a beautiful gift, I left. There were no clarifying questions about the boundaries of the address they recorded. However, an hour later, a female consultant calls me back and asks quite emotionally and with a claim why I did not say that my address is located beyond the MKAD (uruchye). After all, delivery costs 15 rubles for the MKAD, and we did not pay for it. I was unpleasantly surprised by the development of events and the submission of information and asked to clarify again how much accurate information this is, because Uruchye is Minsk, and the receipt is more than 120 rubles, and Instagram says that delivery from 120 rubles is free. The woman clarified, the information has not changed, but so be it, she said that she would deliver it for free. This situation did not leave me alone, as everything was going too strangely on the part of the business ... and it was as if I was being forced to use the service for a fee, which, in principle, I did not need with the initial request. And since 15 rubles with a paid check of almost 400 rubles became a problem, I called back and offered to make this payment so that just no one would have unpleasant precipitation from interacting with each other and said that I did not see this whole approach as completely customer-oriented. The delivery was brought by the female consultant herself at the upper limit of the agreed time, and when handing over the plant, she again emotionally expressed that she was not customer-oriented ... arranging a performance and refusing to take the money for delivery that they claimed. As a result, on this day I felt like I was swept along on an emotional swing with the wind and I no longer want to) well, the residents of Uruchye ogogo were unlucky to live beyond the MKAD :) And customer orientation lies in the fact that since the staff has "blunted", then the staff should be responsible for their shoals. And now I can say with firm confidence that customer orientation can be learned from excellent competitors in the floral niche - Present Simple and Marten, whom I will not trade for anyone else after this strange experience!
