The transfer was made with errors, it was stripped 3 times higher than the cost in Minsk, and they were rude and insulted when they called to find out what the cost was and ask them to correct their mistakes. There is no competence to resolve issues. If possible, we would be happy to contact the authorities to check the activities of this bureau. It is clear that knowledgeable people have been avoiding them for a long time, but they need to live somehow and they will collect the maximum from each client.
