In early September, we applied for an urgent notarized passport transfer (to apply to a government agency) The notary certified the documents without the translator's signature, which is why the translation was not accepted. I had to go again to get the translator's signature. As a result, the "urgent transfer" service was not provided. There was no time to figure out how to refund the payment for urgency. I don't recommend it.
