Excellent hotel in the city center, reception on the 19th floor, spacious room with a great view of the city. Tea, coffee, water, hygiene kit, bathroom has a bathroom with a bag of salt and a shower.
Delicious breakfasts and very pleasant, caring waiters, on the 20th floor, there is a terrace)
Super pool with city view, hammam, sauna, gym. In April, the outdoor part of the recreation area was closed, the only thing that upset me was that the weather was +20+25 and it would be cool there)

Location in the center, near the railway station. The room is huge, not luxurious, but 4++. Breakfast is also quite suitable for 4+, they can cook something individually. I was surprised by the reception area - not on the 1st floor, but with an elevator. There is a gorgeous swimming pool with a 25-meter walkway, a fitness room and a hammam with a sauna. In the warmer months, there is a recreation area on the street with a view of the Flame Towers. Overall, it's very good.

Great hotel
In downtown
Everything is within walking distance, we walked with pleasure. The breakfasts are delicious, the waiters serve politely. Beautiful view of the sea and skyscrapers from the window. Bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer. Linen, towels, bathroom accessories are changed, daily cleaning, the refrigerator is filled with drinks (not paid extra) . In the evening, there is a bar-restaurant with stunning evening views of the city. There is live piano music. The pool is closed and saunas, the pool is open with sun beds. A pleasant and beautiful vacation is provided.

We stayed at the hotel with my mother and husband at the end of March. A 4-star hotel, definitely not a 5. Although the guys are trying their best. The star was removed because of the staff in the restaurant. At breakfast, we met a girl who spoke neither English nor Russian. Because of this, we waited for an omelet for half an hour, in which green bell peppers were added instead of greens. Mom came to dinner with her dessert-they took it away, put it on the bar. I had to order what was on the menu. They don't do that to guests. Moreover, we ordered hot dishes, salads and wine. You could not only close your eyes for your dessert, but also serve it beautifully.

The hotel is located in the business center on the 18th and 19th floor. The rooms are large and clean. We booked a hotel for the New Year, one of the main criteria was the availability of a swimming pool, but it was closed for all New Year's holidays. There was no information about the indoor pool on the website, which I consider to be consumer deception.

An excellent five-star hotel. It occupies the 18th floor, on the 19th floor there is a reception, on the 20th there is an excellent panoramic restaurant with an open highway and views of Baku. It is located in the very center, not far from the embankment, a good mall, very close to the Theater of Opera and Ballet and the Rashid Beybutov Muse Theater.
The staff is very attentive, help is provided instantly. Clean, spacious rooms and a huge bathroom. There is a safe, a mini bar (without alcohol) and everything else for a 5-star hotel is provided...
Included in the price : breakfast, buffet, excellent cappuccino and a pool on the 9th floor, also with views of Baku. You can go down to the pool in a terry bathrobe, a towel will be given to you at the reception.
On his birthday, the attentive staff of the hotel presented a beautifully decorated cake with a lighted candle (it was very touching) .
There was an early departure - a bag with a hefty breakfast was waiting at the reception
So the hotel, if you are not confused by the price, I boldly recommend it

Excellent location: near the embankment, shopping centers, pedestrian street. The room was cleaned daily. Not quite varied, but delicious breakfasts. The staff is very helpful. Also a plus was the presence of an indoor and a small outdoor pool. But the most important highlight, in my opinion, is the panoramic windows + high floor, the views are amazing. We got a special room, accordingly, we were lucky to contemplate Baku from all sides and it's wonderful.

At first we lived in this hotel, then we moved to movenpik, well, there is something to compare it with, I regret that we booked two hotels, and did not stay here! All the staff is friendly, they could not immediately change manats, they settled in without payment! In the morning we paid when the cans were earned, thank you very much for such flexibility, the breakfasts are excellent, some are on the Swedish line and everything is very fresh and the food is high-quality, not cheap, part of the menu needs to be ordered is included in the breakfast price, the coffee is very tasty, the pastries are fresh, the room is large and clean, expensive plumbing, underfloor heating It may seem strange that I am writing this when it is usually more than 30 in August in Azerbaijan, but walking on cold stone is still a pleasure! A good spa, there is an indoor pool and an outdoor terrace with a Jacuzzi and sun beds, the water is very warm. The room is cleaned well and on time, they give a lot of water, they are not greedy, both simple and carbonated, it is very convenient, you do not need to run and buy more. The hotel is very well located, close to the metro, train station, shops, historical center. Also, the advantages include a gorgeous view from the window, three elevators, incredibly polite and helpful staff, a swimming pool, a sauna and a terrace in the restaurant. Not 5 stars, but very good.

A very nice hotel with a convenient location - the embankment, Shopping street within walking distance. Large modern rooms with everything you need (bath accessories, bottled water every day, ironing board and iron on request). Good breakfasts, restaurant service. In the morning, the piano is played on the ground floor.

A chic hotel! All rooms have a panorama of the beautiful Baku! The breakfasts are monotonous, but of high quality. The rooms are clean, the staff is very responsive and friendly! They asked to extend the room a little before departure, due to the fact that they were a little sick and did not sleep all night, they were allowed to be in the room before departure without extra charges, and this is for a minute until 17:00. I recommend the hotel, the hotel has an excellent spa complex with panoramic views!

Great hotel, great view of the sea and the city. Within walking distance of restaurants,coffee shops,shops and the embankment. Everything is clean, the staff is polite, Russian-speaking, they help to call a taxi and drop a table somewhere. The lobby is a bit expensive, but a great view from the 19th floor and a "live" grand piano is playing. I recommend it to travelers.
