I love Lanzhou chain. You can always eat delicious, satisfying and cheap. The portions are large. With regard to this particular branch, there are no complaints about the food - everything is fine. Nice interior, good location. But the service is limping, it's not the first time I've noticed. For example, they may not take an order for a long time, forget something, or bring a pot of tea without cups, and have to beg for cups several times. The last time they dragged some packages and boxes from the street, they left the door open (it's like an emergency exit, it's in the hall, right at the tables). While they were carrying, we endured the cold and the draft, but then they just left the door open until we asked them to close it.

The quality of the food is poor, especially the eggplants, which were not cooked to the end, were disappointed: they were tough, and the sauce was too thin and oily. It was so tasteless that we didn't even touch the dish after the trial. The meat in the noodles is full of veins and fat. The waiter honestly says that he might not like some dish (how is this possible in a restaurant?) Mushrooms in tofu with mushrooms, others are used. Similar positions in Lanzhou Arbat are much better prepared. And the appliances are stained I do not recommend this place to visit. I hope Lanzhou management will pay attention to this branch. The second time is already here and every time something is wrong!

Hello. As in all similar establishments, the food is delicious. Unfortunately, the service has become lame. It used to be better. The tables remain unwashed due to duty, the waiters talk so fast that you often have to ask again.
