I've been there 3 times. The prices are normal, the dishes seemed too salty to me and my friends, the bread is generally the most delicious, the service is also normal. The "built-in" tips are infuriating - it's better to raise the price tag. Tips are given when the waiter suddenly distinguished himself very positively.

Hello, in the beginning, when Lanzhou was opened, it was delicious, lagman is hot, a lot...recently we came to eat lagman three times, we were disappointed (((, we asked the waiter, lagman, to be hot, but they brought warm, tasteless, raw meat, it is impossible to eat...I didn't like it, we decided not to come there anymore. We bought noodles, not a piece of meat inside, horror, one tasteless noodles in broth and that's it...I don't understand why they started cooking so badly.?? We always enjoyed going to your place for lunch, dinner ...!, and now the desire has completely disappeared..terribly tasteless lagman and noodles too.

Very tasty cuisine, we always come with our family to taste spicy branded noodles. The place has become very clean and cozy after the modernization of the interior. The menu is varied, I like salads and there are desserts for a sweet tooth. Moroccan tea and salted jasmine tea are generally liked here, after a satisfied and satisfying snack it relaxes perfectly. It's not a shame to invite someone here after a walk around the Atakent, to taste good food instead of fast food, which is present in the area.

I've been here several times, it's delicious, everything is normal. But one case was pizza was brought on a wooden tray (for pizza) but it was moldy. The receptionist came and apologized and said that it was a mistake to get such dishes, that this was not possible and removed the pizza from the account.
But when we came again, I do not remember how long after the situation repeated with the pizza board, pizza was brought again on exactly the same dishes. I asked the question again, to which they answered me in the same way and accused the girl who put the pizza in such dishes. I think if there are clean dishes, a person will not put them in a dirty one on purpose… Unless otherwise provided by the internal rules))
In general, they apologized again, said they would deduct from the bill and withhold from someone (why or for what reasons it was voiced, I do not know 🤷🏻♀️)

But, having visited this particular branch one day, I was horrified by the dirty dishes in which I received my order and from the sticky table + unpleasant smell throughout the establishment. After a while I visited the branch on Arbat near SilkWay and saw a similar picture of unsanitary conditions. Since then, I have not entered Lanzhou, nor any branches. I was very disappointed. After all, noodles are delicious and not expensive.

I love this place, but it was my first time on the Continent, we ordered a combo, brought everything separately with long breaks. The salads barely waited. Summer noodles were generally waited for 40 minutes. Branded noodles without anything, stupid broth, some meat and broth, no vegetables, a couple of greens floated and that's it. Guiru Lagman meat 3 pcs.literally. Summer noodles were waited for a long time, in total, only she was satisfied both in appearance and taste. In general, I thought the Lanzhou restaurant was cool. It turned out that the food court in shopping malls is much tastier and better.
