Russian Russian, who spoke to her in Russian, pointedly ignored me when I complimented the restaurant. The whole impression was ruined by the waitress. Before that, the Kazakhs with whom we came to this institution communicated with her in both Russian and Kazakh. If this doesn't bother you, it's DEFINITELY worth visiting this place.

I love Lanzhou chain. You can always eat delicious, satisfying and cheap. The portions are large. With regard to this particular branch, there are no complaints about the food - everything is fine. Nice interior, good location. But the service is limping, it's not the first time I've noticed. For example, they may not take an order for a long time, forget something, or bring a pot of tea without cups, and have to beg for cups several times. The last time they dragged some packages and boxes from the street, they left the door open (it's like an emergency exit, it's in the hall, right at the tables). While they were carrying, we endured the cold and the draft, but then they just left the door open until we asked them to close it.
