Потрясающий магазин! Заказывала сыры, чай-кофе, дорожную сумку. Заказ пришел в крепкой и красивой коробке, внутри упаковочная бумага заполняла лишнее пространство, чтобы продукты не трясло. Заказ из интернет-мазазина "Лапландия" 10.08.22 отправлен из Финляндии. На сайте указано, что доставка 7-21 день. Посылка находится в сортировочном центре с 16.08.22. Уже 5 сентября. СДЭК говорит, что таможня ужесточила прохождение проверки посылок, поэтому так долго. У меня там в посылке товары, которые могут испортиться. Если бы сказали, что столько будет идти посылка, то, может быть, заказывать не стала. Теперь неизвестно, когда я ее получу. Так что решать Вам, заказывать или нет. Цены действительно дешевле, чем у нас. Магазин неплохой, когда сами ездили из Санкт-Петербурга в Финляндию. Решила дополнить отзыв Посылка пришла 10 сентября. Запаковано все хорошо. Все флаконы, которые могут пролиться, заклеены липкой лентой. Сыр привезли в термопакете, доехал нормально. В итоге посылку в Питер доставляли 30 дней. В конце марта 2023 года я решила заказать еще раз. небольшой заказ: сыр, финский Fairy и по мелочам. К моему удивлению посылка дошла за 8 дней. В этот раз, как только пришло уведомление о том, что моя посылка передана в СДЭК, то я отправила сканы ИНН и паспорта по электронке, которая указана на сайте Лапландии. Прошлый раз пришлось отправлять и в СДЭК и интернет-магазин"Лапландия"

Заказала два вида кофе. Посылку получила 25.05.23. Оказалось , что одно кофе 1кг оказалось со сроком годности до 06.2023. На сайте не было написано, что оно с истекающим сроком годности, скидок не было. Написала в чат , приложила фотографию. Итог - отказ о возврате денег за этот кофе, мол не успели написать на сайте. Больше нет смысла заказывать продукты через этот магазин, т.к. нет гарантии по сроку годности товара, который приедет в итоге. По цене сайта+доставка можно в Санкт-Петербурге купить уже у людей, которые сами возят из Финляндии

Сделал заказ впервые. Европейские товары гораздо качественнее российских (взять тот же Fairy, у них это ширпотреб и норма жизни, а у нас такого и в помине нет, какую-то непонятную водичку продают с разными ароматами). Упаковка идеальная. С момента оплаты до получения посылки прошло 2 недели. Сроки годности в норме.

Не магазин а какой то цирк, чтобы получить заказ нужно писать объяснительную , а потом еще одну где требуют и спрашивают как вы будете принимать витамины покажите назначение врача. копию паспорта требуют и инн.
Не связывайтесь!!! ни чем хорошим покупки не закончатся в таком магазине , раз такие проверки.

Заказал продуктовую посылку еще 6.07.22. Только 17 она попала в Питер, где стоит по сей день(август) без какого-либо движения. СДЭК клянется, что все узнает,но не узнает, обещает позвонить,но не звонит. Продукты уже наверняка пришли в негодность, но это никого не тревожит. В первый раз все было четко. Второй блин оказался комом. Никому не советую играть в рулетку с этой нерадивой, безразличной компанией. Конечно же и сам прекращаю делать заказы. Жаль,что Лапландия убрала выбор поставщиков, потому что СДЭК показал себя хуже почты России. От безобразной работы СДЭКа пострадают и они сами, потому что вареные сыры с плавленным шоколадом никому не нужны !!!

Делаю заказ один раз в месяц, все приходит очень быстро 7-10 дней! Забираю в г, Спб из пункта выдачи на ул. Планерная 63/1, там очень большой холодильник, советую.
Сдеку отдельное спасибо, всегда подскажут и сориентируют где посылка.

В первую очередь посоветую владельцам нести ответственность за доставку заказов, тем более, что они за это берут деньги.
В общем заказ в этом магазине это игра в "русскую рулетку" повезет не повезет, мне не повезло, Я свой заказ не получила, прошло уже два месяца, но мне и посылку не доставили и деньги не вернули. Разбираться где посылка они не хотят, а самостоятельно найти ее и узнать ее судьбу к сожалению это оказалось так проблематично и практически не возможно.
В общем я от всей души НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ этот магазин.
Описывать всю всю ситуацию и переписку это книгу можно выпустить.
Магазин стоит на одном - деньги не вернем.
