On cleaning 4/5, they wiped it well, but only after we were scared about this issue at the reception, towels were changed every day, shampoos were cleaned and updated too, plus very creative cleaners. According to nutrition, 4/5 were well fed in the snack bar, very tasty snacks and various sweets, very tasty buns in the pastry shop, plus there are many different drinks in the bars, and everything was almost always available, they made all sorts of different cocktails, alcohol is one solid vodka and beer, the quality of alcohol is 3. The main restaurant leaves much to be desired The menu was monotonous, but there was always something delicious on the grill in the restaurant, there were also themed dinners, a lot of delicious and different desserts, watermelons, apples and oranges were made from fruits. There was a melon once. Everything is fine in animation 5/5, they spoke Russian, there were a lot of different programs every evening, there were national dances and a lottery, and children's animation, although standard, but on top. The rooms are large and spacious, the furniture is good, there is a lot of space, the safe worked, there were no problems with water, there is a kettle in the room, a refrigerator (there was no mini bar). There were also constant problems with one of the pools, it was cleaned every other time, and it was constantly dirty. The slides worked for 2, but people were not confused by anything and rode from all sides. In general, the hotel is very good for your money, you did not stay hungry, there was entertainment, the sea is very good, both by bus and on foot.

We had a rest in September. We arrived at night, we were told that there were no available rooms, we were taken to spend the night in another hotel, which is a level higher. The next day we were picked up. We were given a 2-room family room, spacious, clean, nice room. The air conditioner did not work, they told the receptionist, everything was fixed immediately, 2 air conditioners worked well. The room is cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and executive. The restaurant is too small for so many vacationers, too crowded. The food is for an amateur, not everything was pleasant, but you can choose. In the evening there was a lamb kebab, grilled meat, dorada fish. Cheese of different types, vegetables in sufficient quantity. From 12 to 16 ice cream. On the beach from 12 there was also something to eat, drinks, corn. A large air-conditioned bus takes you to the beach. There are 2 pools, one of them with a slide. The territory is too small, there is nowhere to walk. The hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars, but it is quite consistent with the price we paid for the tours. Overall, we had a good rest.
